RAIN OR SHINE, NOTHING CAN STOP US - THE TOKENER SPIRIT KEEPS BURNING

Token E&C recently embarked on an inspiring journey to the Celink Project in Hai Duong—a meaningful trip that strengthened our team spirit and marked Token E&C’s 15-year journey.

On December 13, 2025, the entire Token E&C team came together for a hands-on experience at the Celink construction site. This visit was not only a highlight of the 15th-anniversary celebrations but also a testament to the collective strength and the “Rise Together” culture of the Token family.

Although the morning rain made the roads slippery and the weather colder than usual, Tokeners stayed positive and full of energy. Their enthusiasm, solidarity, and eagerness to learn turned the field trip into a journey of pride and connection.

This is an opportunity for the Office team to “get hands-on experience,” directly seeing the projects that Token is building every day. By observing and learning directly from the construction team, staff gained a clearer understanding of the process, progress, pressure, and dedication on site.

At the Celink construction site, the Project Command Team introduced: The scale and area of the factory, construction organization measures, and innovative technical solutions being implemented at the project.

Each project is a testament to responsibility, technical expertise, discipline, and innovative thinking. Token E&C's engineers and construction teams are the ones “keeping the project on track,” working day and night to meet the highest quality standards for the investor.

The journey concluded with a warm networking event—a place where stories about the profession and different perspectives between the Office and the Construction Site were shared.

It was a moment when Tokeners gained deeper understanding, strengthened their bonds, and felt even stronger pride.

Marking Token E&C’s 15th anniversary, the CEO expressed heartfelt gratitude to the staff—the founding pillars of the Token family. He shared stories of the challenges faced during the company’s early days and expressed his hope that the younger generation of staff would evolve into the next leadership team, propelling Token E&C to even greater heights.
