TOKEN E&C PRESENTS APPOINTMENT DECISION TO DEPUTY HEAD OF MATERIALS & SUBCONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen the management team, promote internal talent, and meet evolving business requirements in the Company’s new stage of development, on the morning of September 4, 2026, Token Vietnam Engineering & Construction Joint Stock Company (Token E&C) held a ceremony at its headquarters to officially present the appointment decision to Mr. Tran Thanh Tuyen, appointing him as Deputy Head of the Materials & Subcontractor Management Department.

At the ceremony, Ms. Phan Thi Nhu Quynh – Director of Human Resources & Administration, on behalf of the Company’s Board of Management, presented the appointment decision and extended her congratulations to Mr. Tran Thanh Tuyen on his new position.

The appointment recognizes Mr. Tran Thanh Tuyen’s professional expertise, strong sense of responsibility, work performance, and valuable contributions to the Company over the years. It also represents an important step in strengthening the Materials & Subcontractor Management Department, enhancing coordination among departments, and improving the effectiveness of project implementation across Token E&C.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Thanh Tuyen expressed his sincere appreciation to the Board of Management for their trust and confidence in assigning him this new responsibility. In his new role as Deputy Head of the Materials & Subcontractor Management Department, he committed to continuing to leverage his experience, professional capabilities, and sense of responsibility, while working closely with his colleagues and relevant departments to successfully fulfill the duties entrusted to him.

In his new position, Mr. Tran Thanh Tuyen will work alongside the Materials & Subcontractor Management Department to further enhance the effectiveness of materials management and procurement, strengthen coordination with subcontractors and relevant departments, and help ensure sufficient resources for construction activities while meeting project requirements in terms of schedule, quality, and efficiency.

The Board of Management of Token E&C is confident that, with his experience, capabilities, and strong sense of responsibility, Mr. Tran Thanh Tuyen will successfully fulfill his responsibilities in the new position. Together with the Materials & Subcontractor Management Department, he is expected to bring further positive improvements to management, coordination, and project implementation, thereby making meaningful contributions to the sustainable development of Token E&C.
