HEAD OF QS DEPARTMENT

1. Job Description

• Take full responsibility before the Company’s Board of Directors for managing, operating, and controlling all QS (Quantity Surveying), QA (Quality Assurance), and QC (Quality Control) activities across the company’s projects in the role of General Contractor.
  
  
• Develop procedures and regulations; organize training programs and enhance the professional qualifications of QS, QA, and QC personnel.
  
  
• Standardize and complete all forms and documentation required for the company’s QS, QA, and QC activities; implement and monitor compliance.
  
  
• Recruit and attract talent for QS, QA, and QC roles within the company.
  
  
• Participate in the preparation of bidding documents for the company’s projects.
  
  
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Company’s Board of Directors.
  
  

2. Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Economics.
  
  
• At least 3 years of experience working at construction companies (preference given to candidates with experience in industrial factory projects).
  
  
• Solid knowledge of contract management, cost control, and final account settlement.
  
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant industry-specific software.
  
  
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and capable of working under high pressure.
  
  
• Fluent in English (preferred).

4. Working Time & Location

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday morning
  
  
• Morning: 08:30 AM – 12:00 PM
  
  
• Afternoon: 01:00 PM – 05:30 PM
